These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of buildlinks.ai and the BuildLinks application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by team members and clients you invite.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service for anything unlawful or to infringe the rights of others.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
• Don't resell or sublicense access to the service except through features we provide for that purpose (such as white-label client portals).

Your content

The orders, domains, clients, and invoices you create in BuildLinks are yours. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and displaying your content back to you and the people you share it with.

Billing and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Trials start without a credit card and you can cancel anytime; when a trial ends, you choose whether to subscribe. See pricing for current plans.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, you can request an export of your data.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildLinks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
